It can be tricky to give effective feedback at work. Especially now that we can't be together to take advantage of informal opportunities to talk.

People can be defensive and you don’t want to make the working relationship worse. This lively and interactive one hour session gives you the practical tools to prepare and deliver effective feedback - feedback which gets people to do the right thing and enhances your working relationship!

This course is free to attend, but we can only take a maximum of 2 people per organisation.
